Back in Febuary i bought a PS2 for only forty bucks at my university. The reason it was so cheap was because it was getting a disk read error. Now as soon as i got it, i tried a few games and found that it wouldn't play any blue back games. Yet I could play dvd's, and games such as GTA 3. Well I opened up the the PS2 and found that the spindle was worn and caused the Cd to slip when it was spinning. See this caused the cd not to be in securely and wobbling. So what i did was get a magnet from another cd drive (computer that is) And put that on top of the magnet on the plate of the ps2 drive. And what do ya know problem fixed.
